A Specialist One Day Workshop exploring:
Unconscious Bias, Equalities, Working with Difference,Cultural Confidence and Competence
Wednesday 25th March 2020
9.30 am to 4.30 pm
Nilaari delivers training experiences that guide practitioners towards a greater understanding of
working confidently, competently and effectively with difference.
We aim to inspire & empower learners through exploring & reflecting on personal &
organisational attitudes, values, biases & practices.
This day workshop enables participants to consider positive approaches to designing &
delivering inclusive, bias free and responsive services.
This multi-agency days offer individuals from a wide range of disciplines, the opportunity to learn together while sharing their wide range of skills, experience & knowledge with each other.
*Learner centred, *creating a non-threatening learning environment,
*participative, *encouraging self-reflection, *relevant, *gently challenging,
*exploring the influences that impact on our beliefs *local knowledge, encouraging system change
This workshop has been delivered to over 350 participants since October 2017:
