In small groups we look at how wider issues can affect our well-being, how we feel about ourselves individually and also how our attitudes toward ourselves can impact on what we do. With this increased awareness we go on to learn ways of increasing resilience and confidence allowing us to gain greater control of our well-being and take charge of our lives.
Groups are running on an ongoing basis, with new dates being added regularly. We run groups at different premises including educational institutes as well as at our space at Nilaari Agency.
